Where do you ship from?
Depending on our stock, your order will ship from one of our 10 warehouses whichever one closest to you.

What is your return policy?
If you receive an item that is either damaged or we shipped incorrectly, we will credit you or replace it at our expense.
NOTE: No returns on seasonal merchandise or special order merchandise!
  • If you receive an item that you just don't want or decide that it is not what you thought it would be when you ordered, you may ship it back, at your expense for store credit.
  • All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please call us at 562.404.4571 for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
NOTE: There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns for credit.

Do you have a printed catalog that you can send out?
No, we do not have a printed catalog. We carry far too many items that are constantly changing, to commit them to a catalog. We are able to keep the information current on all of our items on the website.

I worry about security when ordering on the internet. Is your site safe and secure?
Our website uses state-of-the-art encryption technology. Any personal information you submit on our site, such as a credit card number, is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from your computer to our server. You will see a "padlock" symbol in your browser when you are on our checkout page, showing that your connection is secure.

How much will shipping be for my order?
There is no standard or flat rate for shipping. It is calculated automatically before you confirm an order, based on the weight of the order and your geographic location. All of our orders are shipped via UPS, and you will have options on shipping such as: ground, next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day. The cost will adjust automatically with your choice. Once you have determined that the shipping is satisfactory, you can then place your order.

SHIPPING COSTS?
We use standard UPS charges, plus enough to cover boxes, tape and labeling.

* You may call us regarding your status if you have not received your shipment in 3-4 business days and the UPS Link provided is not working.

Options:
Include Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day shipments.

GARMENTS?
Quality:
* We only stock 1st quality products. No Seconds or Cut tag items.

Washing and Drying:
Industry Standard is that each manufacturer's garment, while pre-shrunk in its own way, will still shrink 4-8% depending on your washing and drying techniques.

Is rarely used in the shirt industry, yet, will reduce shrinkage in half. That is the good news, the bad news is that those brands that choose to compact their materials prior to the cut & sew process have, more than likely, made an adjustment to their patterns in order to compensate and save costs on fabric.

While different, per Brand, Shrinkage also has an Industry Standard. (Also affected by color Treated fabrics). You can Reasonably expect 4% to 8% Shrinkage on all Cotton fabrics, including Pre-Shrunk. Shrinkage is only limited when either the fabric contains 5% (or more) of other than cotton or a garment has been noted as containing Compacted Cotton.

Taxes?

CALIFORNIA:

+ Serving both Retailers & the Public, we need your Current "Sellers Permit", if you reside in Illinois and California and want us NOT to charge Sales Tax on your Purchase. California is our Headquarters and we must charge tax to any Buyer in California without a current "Resale License or Sellers Permit.

+ Outside of California, Current Laws governing Internet Businesses allow for us to ship product Tax Free. This does not however reduce your obligation. Currently you, the Buyer, are responsible for Declaring & Paying Sales Taxes due in your State.

+ Please consult with your State Board of Equalization if you have any questions about your Tax issues.

+ INDIVIDUALS who purchase from us may have the same obligations discussed above. We leave it up to the INDIVIDUAL to know their own State Laws.

+ We accept no responsibility for Tax obligations of any Buyers except those purchases made in California.
